Jenn Tompkins

Founder, CEO, Care Management Consultant

Jenn received her master’s degree in physical therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2004 after graduating with her Bachelors in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, Jenn worked as a Paramedic. Jenn is also a Certified BLS and Basic CPR Instructor.

Throughout her career, Jenn has been passionate about providing compassionate and all-encompassing patient care while aiming for the best outcomes possible for each patient. Her heart has always been focused on caring for the geriatric patient population.

She has worked in Home Health, Acute, and Outpatient settings. Jenn has been responsible for educating clinicians of all levels on best practices for monitoring, care management, and treatment of a wide range of patient populations.

Since starting Revolution in 2020, Jenn has become a strong advocate for changing the way patients are cared for throughout the healthcare system. She strongly believes that all patients deserve to be heard, supported, and advocated for in and out of the doctor’s office. Recognizing that one touch point with a provider every few months rarely provides patients the ability to be proactive instead of reactive to their chronic illnesses, she strives to provide services aimed at filling in the gaps. Jenn is surrounded by a remarkable team of clinicians who go above and beyond in every patient encounter. This dedication has led to improved patient health literacy, quality outcomes, and overall patient satisfaction with their healthcare journey.

Jenn lives in the DFW area with her husband and 3 kids. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to the beach or the mountains, volunteering, and staying active.

Vanessa

Director of Clinical Operations

Vanessa is a business and technology director who specializes in healthcare management and operations.

Vanessa received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and healthcare management. She aims to pursue her advance degree in Healthcare Auditing and Healthcare Law. Her 20+ year career extends across business strategies, organizational development, corporate finance, information technology, clinical / hospital and International healthcare operations, compliancy, policies and procedures, and Pharmaceutical Advisory Boards.

Vanessa’s love of the healthcare profession, and her empathetic nature, serve as her driving force. She remains steadfast in her abilities and her passion which are focused on patient care and healthcare operations. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, her vast knowledge of healthcare, and her kind soul have been Vanessa’s attributes throughout her long career dedicated to service.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, traveling, reading, going to music concerts, and participating in community events.
